中宽网信科技（北京）有限公司是由华裔实业家、留美资深技术专家以及国内电信业权威人士共同投资和创办，是中关村留学创业园和北邮留学创业园重点扶持的自主创新型高科技企业。公司成立于2003年12月，在国内拥有多家分公司，在北京邮电大学留学创业园设有软交换试验中心。公司现有员工150余人，核心技术开发人员50人，大部分具有博士和硕士学历，包括留美资深科学家和工程师。
